Using the service

By creating an account or using the website you agree to these terms. If you use Salesformics on behalf of a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.

Trials and billing

Trials last 14 days and are free. Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or yearly in advance. User changes are billed pro rata. Prices exclude applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Service continues until the end of the paid period and you are not billed again. You can export your data before and for 30 days after cancellation.

Your data

You own the data you put into Salesformics. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk email, store unlawful content, or attempt to break or overload the platform. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided as is. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before they apply.
